The current crisis, which started in the United States, has almost reached the totality of the planet and increasingly appears as polymorphic, moving beyond the financial sphere to affect real economy. One can find, among the many and varied causes that explain it, severe faults within the field of regulation. The term « regulation », understood here in its broadest acceptation, primarily means the totality of technical and legal rules whose absence or non-enforcement let those insane behaviours that provoked the crisis happen. These faults are mostly due to the application of the neo-liberal ideology. Unfortunately, this ideology has also favoured various deep longings within the human soul. One can only deplore the ignorance of psychological laws and ethical norms without which neither stability nor the progress of society are possible at a national and international scale. This global crisis calls for the establishment of world governance.
