– Abstract

The extreme complexity of the case on the American anti-missile shield in Europe, which must be replaced in the context of the American global defense, the cat-and-mouse game with Iran, without even mentioning the confusion of NATO and American anti-missile programs, summon new interrogations : the new relevance of the European nuclear deterrence, the future of relations with Russia, the militarization of space, the perception of the threat, the deafening silence of the European Union.
