– Abstract
Six years after the events of September 11th, 2001, Afghanistan has found relative peace and safety only thanks to the presence of the international forces still active on the whole of the territory. The country’s stabilization is not yet completed and the economic and social rebuilding is still on hold. Such is the situation of this country in 2007, in spite of the efforts and good progresses made in the fight against terrorism, as in the policy, economic and social fields.
